These individuals appear to be using fictitious names and titles while promoting investment opportunities and discussing specific securities through messaging platforms, group chats, and other online communication channels.

 

DeSimone Investments LLC is a one-person practice. We do not employ investment associates, analysts, investment teams, or other representatives who communicate with clients or prospective clients on our behalf. We do not provide investment recommendations through WhatsApp, Telegram, social media chat groups, or similar messaging platforms.

 

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent DeSimone Investments LLC, please exercise caution. Do not provide personal information, account information, passwords, verification codes, investment account credentials, cryptocurrency wallet information, or funds to any individual claiming to be associated with our firm unless you have independently verified the communication directly with us.

 

If you receive a suspicious communication that references our firm or Jim DeSimone, please contact us immediately so that we can review the information.
